Solano County

SHELTER Solano will serve current Solano County residents. If you are seeking emergency shelter and homeless services or needing to refer someone, please call the Solano County Coordinated Entry System, Resource Connect Solano at (707) 652-7311.

Permanent Affordable Housing

We offer permanent supportive housing services for the following homeless residents:

  • Individuals and families who have a dual diagnosis of mental health and chronic substance abuse
  • Individuals and families with HIV\AIDS
  • Individuals with chronic substance abuse problems

We do not maintain a waiting list. Please call (925) 338-1038 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday - Friday (except holidays) for availability.

Some of our programs are funded in part by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development.
